I believe it was only used in Japan, I&#8217;ve only seen it with Japanese titles. Pablo did the trailer and Main Title sequence for &#8220;<em>Dr. Strangelove<\/em>&#8221; as well. Anyway I found it on the internet and thought I&#8217;d share. You&#8217;ll have to copy and paste to see it.
